          Let me preface what I have been told to repeat regarding
     JFK's assassination  with an explanation:  I was told the
     following text to repeat it during intense hypnotic memory
     retention sessions.  I was told that I would remember these
     things as if I were a mindless movie camera, without "Video,"
     or meaning, until the proper time and place.
          So, I repeat exactly what I was told.  To some degree, I
     can comment upon it now, or make my  own conclusions from it,
     same as you could.  I differentiate my own conclusions
     throughout from the "Movie."
          But if you're familiar with the computer programming
     phrase, GIGO (Garbage In - Garbage Out), then you'll under-
     stand why I cannot really much argue in depth all points or
     questions.  I cannot even vouch for their veracity.  I only
     know that high-level individuals went to the trouble to lease
     out the Duesseldorf Consulate building as a secure location
     for these memory retentive sessions.  That such approval for
     this operation was very high up.  That my lifestyle since
     then as been a very controlled one, for said purpose.
          Still, for the benefit of building a scenario of en-
     lightenment and for the purpose of spreading the word as I
     was commanded to do, let me tell you what I was told.  The
     point, I am sure, is that history can prove the patterns true
     and obvious in retrospect.  But that such facts brought to
     light at the time, so long ago, would have by nature never
     been heard.  I know much of this will be shocking or unbe-
     lievable to some - But I merely do my duty in repeating it.
          Think it out for yourself.
          I was told that JFK was killed as part of the first wave
     of assassination strikes against our leaders as orchestrated
     by then Deputy KGB Chief Vladamir Kryuchkov.
          That the reason, in fact, that Mr. George Bush, he told
     me, had been asked to consider a future "Stewardship" of the
     US Presidency, was because he specifically had by virtue of
     his occupation, the knowledge, training, and background to
     survive such assassination attempts.
          He told me that he would only "Serve" one term if that
     did, indeed, come to pass.
          Since terrorists often strike a family member when the
     prime target is unreachable, I was told of special measures
     to protect them, as well.
          Both of these, direct and indirect methods of terror,
     were used upon the Kennedy family, I was told.  It was
     thought that because the KGB analysts seemed to equate and
     maybe fear the Kennedys to a Monarchial family-to-be, like
     their own Czars.  Russia is a very old country, America very
     new;  In their eyes, whether we could see it or not, they
     were becoming as if a Royal Family.  And, something cultur-
     ally historical with Russia, too, is their mania for killing
     off all their own leaders and Kings.
          To attain "World Socialism," their ultimate goal, meant
     as to eliminate any such "Royalty," or other strongly re-
     ceived natural-born US or world leaders.
          However, such a step is still a drastic one:   An act of
     war.  It was thought, I was told, that even the sensible Rus-
     sian policy makers stopped aside or were swept along in the
     wake of the worldwide humiliation of Premier Kruchov during
     the Cuban Missile Crisis.  (That we have been pointed in not
     repeating such humiliation since, but at this point in time
     would accept as a gesture of peace, the quiet extradition of
     Vladamir Kryuchkov to the US.)  And it was Kruchov, I remind
     you, who promised us long ago, that he would "Bury us in
     waves of spies."  They have.
          However, I was told that their system is by nature as a
     Police State, stiff and regimented.  That, basically, they
     plan things more or less by their five-, ten- and thirty-year
     plans, etc.  This being a lot less flexible to meet actual
     realities than is Democracy, which is designed to conform to
     the wishes and actual conditions  of the people.  Thusly, if
     their dogma is to eventually achieve World Socialism, then,
     basically, the task of flow charting its eventuality falls to
     some bureaucrat, and/or his successor.  Whether anyone likes
     it or not.
          Given those parameters, I understand that the task fell
     to then Deputy KGB Chief Vladamir Kryuchkov.  His having been
     second-in-command at the time had several advantages:  Being
     the head man of a government agency involves political risk,
     and the weight of responsibility for any mistake of the whole
     department.  Not so, for the Deputy Director.
          As second-in-command, one has all the same power, and
     resources, and none of the headaches, or publicity.  And all
     of the hidden secrecy necessary for organization of
     large-scale espionage or operations efforts.
          While the US spends its Gross National Product upon con-
     sumer goods, the Soviets seem to purposely deprive their
     people of such things as a matter of keeping them used to se-
     vere hardship.  That the meat and potatoes actually rot on
     railway sidings, run by the KGB, rather than to let the
     people's standard of living rise up at all. I was told that
     this was so that when the time came, the people would be glad
     to join the Army and follow whatever dogma and orders pre-
     sented them, in order to be fed.  That at such point in time,
     there would surely be manufactured Anti-America propaganda
     crises, and the like, but that we would have unreachable sat-
     ellites up in the sky broadcasting the truth to all to belay
     it.
          I think it's called "CNN."
          If  they  have plenty of any kind of  resource  at  all,
     right now,  it is tanks and guns.  But the rest of their mon-
     etary system has been run into the ground by Kryuchkov.  Such
     was also the goal of their spies within the US,  but for dif-
     ferent reasons.
          This follows the lead of Stalin and Lenin, and is hardly
     any different than the deals cut during WWII with Hitler.
          I was told this info was given us by Premier Breznev,
     who abhorred the idea of killing another country's leader.
     That, in war, such was perhaps expectable, but that such was
     not acceptable in his mind between two competing systems.
     That he told us many such details - This whole thing I'm re-
     peating is due, partly, to the fact that he was deathly ill,
     and the KGB wanted to pull the plug on him.
          Rather than to obtain modern Western medical treatment,
     they thought it more convenient to let him die.  Such is, af-
     ter all, the low-scale pragmatism of the Socialist system of
     "To each his need..."  But Western doctors did finally treat
     him and lengthened his life, and he told them of many things
     in gratitude.  To include, in fact, the long-term planning
     for the destruction of America from within by sabotage, es-
     pionage, and assassination, as well as the "Glasnost"
     disinformation campaign leading up to actual planned military
     hostilities.
          In such a long-term operation, even such diverse details
     as seven or fifteen year weather wet and dry cycles are
     planned for. This leads into what I was told of the planned
     burning of forests across our nation, such as  Yellowstone
     National Park, for example, as they see our national symbol
     as the tree.  Our counter strategy would be to ameliorate
     their grand operations of sabotage, while at the same time
     letting them think all was going according to plan.  Besides,
     little can be done, in a free society, to combat waves of
     compartmentalized assassination, spies, and saboteurs.
          Except to accept them as waves of immigrants.
          To ameliorate such waves of actions by preemptive action
     of our own, and in such a way as both to prepare for the main
     onslaught, as well as to give their analysts the feeling that
     not only were their actions succeeding, but - Even better!
     America was falling apart on its own, as Lenin had predicted,
     in fact, early!
          I was told of planned-upon beachings of oil tankers of
     foreign registration (Propaganda to pit our capitalistic
     industry's life blood against the beauty of America as held
     in each person's heart)
          I will not comment upon  some "Environmentalist Groups"
     as their goals are obvious, but point out their existence.
          But  I will say that I believe the USS Valdez  operation
     to be a CIA preemptive operation that, in whole,  reduced the
     overall  effect  of  the  rest  of  them.    Not  only   were
     double-hulled tankers brought into use,  but oil recovery and
     other equipment quickly became standard across the US.
          The Plymouth Rock did not become fouled.
          I  was told it was possible to create  earthquakes  with
     either  a small nuclear devise or lots of  explosive,  buried
     deep within old mines such as those found on the San  Andreas
     Fault.  That submarines could plant explosives under soft un-
     dersea mountains to cause seemingly "Natural" tsunamis.
          I was told that it would be impossible to forestall  nor
     stop  all created train wrecks,  etc.,  with few  exceptions.
     For  anything,  to give away early,  our own  sources  within
     their networks, but also:  That we were keenly aware of their
     long-term goal and timing.  However, to spoil Lake Shasta was
     obvious.   Not  to mention the pipe-clogging clams  and  fish
     industry-destroying  parasites  as dumped by  Soviet  trawler
     into the Great Lakes.  (I quote AP Press and TV.)
          I  was  told it was possible to  influence  the  weather
     even, and this had to do with lasers mounted upon satellites,
     the heating by small degree of large tracts of land, the ris-
     ing  air,  and that we would not do it to others (An  act  of
     war),  but to ourselves.  In this manner, they would still be
     deprived to a large degree of our wheat and other produce.
          Again, I point out, I don't know how true this was.
          That  the  Mississippi would be cleansed  of  its  heavy
     metal sludge and pollution one last time.
          I  was  told of how we would devote a lot  of  money  to
     "Star Wars,"  because indications showed just how afraid,  or
     interested,  Kryuchkov  was of being seen from the  sky.   Of
     that, or of potential retaliation for what he has in mind,  I
     guess, from the heavens above.
          That, since they'd went to so much trouble to so heavily
     infiltrate our space industry, we would give them the plans
     for the Space Shuttle - With a few bugs.  That since they
     would be one day putting up one of their own, we would be ac-
     centuating this point by making sure of the stolen computer
     chips would have an algorithms that would cause the gantry to
     move away from the shuttle too slowly - But that in the in-
     terest of humanity, we would advise a certain Soviet official
     about it, just in time to avert catastrophe.
          Oh, it happened, all right.
          I note that recent press reports that such Star Wars
     program was but a disinformation campaign of our own, and
     that some Congressmen were fooled into believing much of it.
          I  bluntly ask these Congressmen just from what  foreign
     source were they receiving their information, then?  And,  if
     so,   what  legitimate  purpose  do  Representatives  of  the
     American People have in liaison with the KGB?
          I  was told that the House of Representatives,  for  its
     more  common man representation (Vs. the trend of the  Senate
     towards representing businessmen) would be most heavily  tar-
     geted by the KGB.   In that they would wish to  ideologically
     have the "Masses arise to overthrow the Proletariat,"  in ac-
     cordance with Lenin's forecast they had to make happen.
          That  the  Democrat  Party,  in  its  more  liberal  and
     change-oriented  attitudes would be most heavily targeted  by
     the KGB. Versus the Republican Party, bastions of capitalism.
     The  point would be to pit them against each other,  in  that
     each  might tear the other apart.   The resulting raging  an-
     tipathy  also  means that most decent,  mid-stream  Americans
     withdraw  from  political involvement altogether,  this  also
     beneficial to their takeover goals.
          Again,  since  transformation from Democracy  to  a  To-
     talitarian Socialism was desired,  there would have to be po-
     litical "Change."  And to do this from within,  would involve
     the almost imperceptible yet voluminous day-to-day  mountains
     of legislation to accomplish it. By their operatives,  spies,
     agents of influence,  lobbyists,  front-groups,  and anything
     else that worked.  No stone is left unturned.   The more cor-
     ruption,  the greater ease of espionage;  The more espionage,
     the greater ease of more corruption.
          Again, I point out KGB methodology in their placement of
     such spies.   It can involve murder,  or character assassina-
     tion,  to  get the position open.   Or  the  machinations  of
     higher-up placed agents to accomplish that task.   Obviously,
     the higher up a spy, the more everything under him can be ma-
     nipulated.
          I was told that at that point in time our government was
     already infiltrated at the highest levels.   That it was Sec-
     retary of State Schultz who really first brought up the  mat-
     ter.   That  he,  in negotiations with them,  and  suchforth,
     could tell that they knew before even talking,  exactly  what
     information or strategy he would use.
          I was told that the CIA alone seemed to be exempt,  per-
     haps because of its constant self-checking, it's inherent ex-
     pectation  of moles and doubled agents.   But that the  State
     Department and the FBI had "Gentlemanly" type structures that
     protected its own,  even to the point of protecting infiltra-
     tors within its own ranks.
          I was told that the KGB would prefer controlling the Of-
     fice of President, if possible, to overt war in order to cap-
     ture our wheat fields, industry, and trained workers.   That,
     simply put,  the right man in that job would simply start an-
     nouncing "Social programs," and "Aid packages," etc.,  a vir-
     tual shipping direct to Moscow of capital, cash,  and initia-
     tive.
          I  will tell you bluntly that the results of  this  last
     Presidential  election  was foreknown.  Ross  Perot  had  the
     function of drawing out of disenchantment and from both  par-
     ties the good, decent, American people who would have, by de-
     sign,  resigned from the contest.     With the contest thusly
     divided,   whatever  movement  from  within  Bush's  camp  to
     Clinton's  in order to assure the continued liberal  "Change"
     of  American Society,  would be an identification of KGB  as-
     sets.   This,  in order that not only agents of influence  be
     flushed from the Democrat side, but also from the Republican.
          As  well  as to illuminate the need  for  ballot  reform
     across the Nation.
          In Hawaii,  for example, the same party own top official
     has counted the ballots for forty years.  Any wonder they al-
     ways win?
          The  expected follow-up to the wide swing to  the  Left,
     would be an out-of-control swing to the Right.   All to knock
     balance of the whole system right out of kilter.
          I  will tell you that, since homosexuality was  a  known
     PYSOPS theme highly treasured by the KGB,  the issue of  "Gay
     Rights,"  and  the  promise to "Lift the  Gay  Ban  from  the
     military"  was but a similar flushing action to lure them all
     from their closets.
          This meant, of course, that a high-level official had to
     play the part,  and allow cast aspersions,  in order that  at
     even the highest level,  such persons would feel  comfortable
     in "Coming out"  to expose their personal exploitabilies that
     gave grave danger to the nation.   Fait accompli.
          A person such as myself is obviously not sent to  ground
     for  nearly  fourteen years without some other  tasking.   My
     job, other than to keep these secrets, and to survive to tell
     them,  was  to keep my eyes open.   I was purposely  sent  to
     Maui,  in  Hawaii,  I believe, because of its  known  "Social
     Laboratory" status.
          That is to say,  the most corrupt and socialized  state,
     one of our border states,  and heavily infiltated to the top.
     A "Stepping-stone"  for potential combat airports onwards  to
     Los Angeles.  The next "Domino," as it were, from Vietnam on-
     wards.   I was given things to watch for,  and they have hap-
     pened.
          I  think it fair to say that Vietnam,  while a  military
     win, was a PSYOPS loss, with its intended purpose of bringing
     drug use, moral dismay and the media-based disrespect for the
     military to every corner of America.   This pits,  of course,
     one of our strengths of defense,  the military,  against  the
     society it is to protect.
          I  was told of the KGB's tiered plans for drug  importa-
     tion, and that it was through Cuban, Panamanian, Mexican, and
     Columbian  Military Intelligence Agencies for the most  part,
     obvious.   That the drug importation was targeted at economic
     strata to best drain capital from all:   Cocaine for the rich
     first,  Crack  for  the middle class after  they'd  been  run
     broke,  Crank for the bikers in order to facilitate their use
     as paramilitary organizations,  and finally,  heroin for  the
     poor.   (I understand Soviet chemists came up with the formu-
     las for Crack and Crank.)  Or, "Hopefully," heroin for every-
     one, by that time, if they got the results of social disinte-
     gration they'd wanted.
          Obviously,  their  hoped-up desire would be  that  Right
     Wing  America would overreact with a Police State.   The  way
     that their agents in legislation have as many crimes as  pos-
     sible into mandatory long-term felonies is but another deple-
     tion of resources, and the pitting of our authorities against
     the People.
          I  was  pointedly told that any  American  official  who
     somehow thought that drug sales could benefit the war against
     drugs simply would not be tolerated.   That the point was  to
     comply  with directives,  and anyone who could not do so  was
     not wanted in government service.
          Mr. Bush was quite pointed on this.
          I was told how Edwin Meese was said to have went down to
     South America to party up,  and would bring back the FBI  ex-
     ecutive planes all full of bugs.   When sent with a  "Chaper-
     one,"  the man would be kept to the plane by  their  military
     police - His identity being known even before having left the
     US.  Such was the level of infiltration at that time.
          I was told, when speaking of the high-level infiltration
     of our government,  of some Intelligence Oversight Committee,
     and  how some Senator had claimed that his state could  never
     have spies or espionage due to the closely-knit social fabric
     it had.  That racism was nonexistent there, and crime a small
     matter for these reasons,  too.  That the nation should learn
     from that state's cultural ways, and benefit from them.
          I  believe,  now,  that person must  have  been  Senator
     Inouye.   If anything, in this State, the simple economic ex-
     pansion  based upon demographics over the last ten  years  is
     the  reason  that the State has been able to  wantonly  spend
     upon such disastrous programs as State Health Control.  Local
     leaders touting of it as successful Socialist ideas are bla-
     tant  falsehood,  and an indication of how  Hawaiian  leaders
     would  assist in the destruction of our captialist-based  and
     democratic  national government.    This State  is  viciously
     anti-business,  lyseing capital funds wherever  extant,  from
     small business,  to insurance companies.  This is in conjunc-
     tion with Totalitarian takeover,  of a "Monarchial"  style by
     one racial group.  This to the glee, of course, of the KGB.
          I  was  told of certain developments  already  occurring
     within  the  State in 1977, such as  quiet  legislation  that
     forced government money to be kept within a few State  banks,
     a poor accounting procedure,  but a good power play.   That I
     was  to keep my eyes open for which person was trying to  es-
     tablish this "Regime," some "King" to-be.
          This  person  is,  without a  doubt,  "Godfather"  Larry
     Mehau.   He,  Senator Inouye,  the Trustees of the Bishop Es-
     tate,  Governor Waihee,  and a few others are the ones  named
     even by newspapers as being the "Oligarchs"  that rule Hawaii
     today.  Democracy?  Forget it, here.  The ballots are counted
     by the Vice-Chief Democrat,  and the Attorney General is  ap-
     pointed by the Chief Democrat.  As are all the Judges.  One's
     very employment or not can be controlled by the Police.
          It  is of no small consequence that this Hawaiian  orga-
     nized  crime is closely tied to Eastern Pacific capital,  and
     plans  to exploit the upcoming return of Hong Kong  in  1997.
     That the timing of "Hawaiian Seccession"  seems to be in con-
     junction with acts of financial terrorism,  such as the World
     Trade  Center.   That certain top  Hawaiian  politicians  are
     pressing for a "World Class Trade Center,"  which seems to be
     nothing more than a hidden Casino-to-be, its money-making po-
     tential as if free of US intervention or control.   The move-
     ment  from Macau and other gambling concerns dovetail  nicely
     with  this  long-term heavyweight influence in  Hawaii  State
     government by outside forces.
          Other takeovers are apparent in airlines, airports,  and
     land bases.  Even crime is controlled.  The way in every way,
     is being paved for political "Change."
          What   is  remarkable  is  that  the  pattern  of   this
     long-term,  single-party,  Democrat control  closely  mirrors
     that  of the centralization of the US government.   The  same
     methods  and goals of totalitarianism by a  small,  long-term
     group  that has risen to the highest ranks of  power,  apply.
     The constant attacks upon all facets of the Constitution, and
     its inherent checks-and-balances, truly apply.
          There is scarcely true representation of the people, any
     longer, at this point, in government.
          And any time a small group controls a government,  there
     is the ease of takeover at the top.   Especially if the whole
     thing was planned in advance.  This is the transformation  to
     Totalitarianistic Socialism from Democracy.
          I  was told that the KGB planned upon and would  exploit
     to the fullest,  the 100th anniversary of the dethronement of
     Queen Liliokalani, which took place on Jan. 18,  1993.   That
     such  was  included in the backup plan of  military  movement
     over the Pacific, should their European plan not work out.
          The good news is that this intended power play is  about
     to occur - The other way around.  Newspapers now openly speak
     of indictments to be of the Waihee Administration.   Of  such
     total  lack of ability of police departments that  CIA  moles
     are doing the work.
          I was told that the one thing the Russian culture  could
     not  comprehend of the American culture was the idea  of  the
     "Sting."  It's about to occur, big time.
          I  tell you bluntly that the timing of the "Falling"  of
     the  Berlin Wall was known far in advance.   That it is  part
     and parcel of Kryuchkov's "Glasnost" disinformation campaign,
     and the dropping of our guard.
          I  tell you that I am to tell the world that our  inten-
     tion is to have them turn that "Big Lie"  into a "Big Truth,"
     and  invite  them  on a level playing field  into  the  world
     economy.   That  nuclear disarmament can be  accomplished  in
     various ways, jointly and fairly.
          That,  no matter what,  there would be a lot of "Falling
     Stars"  about now,  many of them being Soviet  nuclear-tipped
     satelites, whether they like it nor not.
          That  JFK was killed,  if not for any other reason,  be-
     cause he lifted the heads of Americans,  making them look  up
     to the sky in higher ideals and hope of a better world.  That
     persons who would be World Dictator, such as Kryuchkov,  work
     to make persons everywhere look down to the ground in  dejec-
     tions and despair.  The difference between Heaven and Hell.
          That another probable reason JFK was killed involved his
     economic planning of cutting, rather than raising, taxes upon
     the  wealthy  and  general  populace.   This  stimulates  the
     economy, and capitalism.  This would be inconsistent with the
     transformation  of our society to a  Totalitarian  Socialism,
     with its government intervention and rule in every aspect  of
     society.   Of there being no rich nor any poor,  but a  large
     conformist  populace pool that obeyed strong Moscow  military
     command through a local puppet.
          I  was told of how the transportation industry would  be
     targeted,  as logistically necessary,  and to pit the  confi-
     dence of the American against his own system, in terror.
          That  is to say,  how certain turbine disks  were  being
     made  imperfect by certain spies,  knowing the  imperfections
     would  cause it to fail and cut apart  centralized  hydraulic
     lines in some planes.  That something had to be done to main-
     tain some kind of manual control in these and other  increas-
     ingly computerized planes.
          How  one major KGB plan involved luggage  and  plutonium
     dust in a Frankfurt airport,  a 747 exploding over New  York,
     and a radio station ready to broadcast the blame upon US  Air
     Force   planes  based  nearby  that  at  that  time   carried
     plutonium-tipped missiles.
          The real disaster of this would have been the passage of
     National Health Control, the blame upon the government, and
     the infinite long-term liability suits of doctors and lawyers
     upon the system. It could have predictably failed under this
     burden.  When taxes across the country rose astronomically to
     shoulder this burden, taxpayers everywhere would have refused
     to pay, and our Democracy would have collapsed.
          How, once the purported "Disintegration" of the USSR
     came to be, then no one could be held accountable for the ac-
     tions of Muslim terrorists.  Yet that the promise would be
     made, far in advance, of force being met with equal force.
          No more than equal force, but FULLY EQUAL.
          The  promise was made to such cowards that  should  they
     destroy any US city,  they might find they would have no city
     to  return to.   No mothers or wives to brag to  about  their
     terrorist deeds.   Holy cities made into "Cities of  Angels,"
     if necessary.  And to their masters in Moscow, as well.
          If I understand the mnemonic right,  the explosion of  a
     propane  tank that blew up a train carrying the  children  of
     KGB  Officials  to  resort areas in the Baltic  town  of  Ufa
     ("Ufa" is Samoan for "F*** you")  Was in surgical retaliation
     for JFK's killing by they.  Fair justice for the grief caused
     the American soul, and a long-term reminder to not do it ever
     again to the very ones who had done it in the first place.
          That if the Russian People do want true freedom, then we
     would also reduce our Intelligence agencies to purely
     information-gatherers, if they would as well take down the
     KGB as head of their government, and put under their elector-
     ate body.
          That we would assist the forces of freedom in their
     country, if desired, but not control them.  That, if any-
     thing, our military forces would be, and I am sure are,
     poised in purely defensive postures at this time.
          Part of the overall destruction of our society from
     within (Basic war) was, of course, the long-term orchestra-
     tion of assassination directed at the 1-in-a-nation type of
     leader, as JFK.
          To simply kill him, and then kill others, is rather sim-
     plistic strategy, however.  Far more masterful is to pit some
     great strength of one's enemy against itself with very blow.
     What sense to kill JFK, if the CIA, the FBI, or MI then were
     alerted,  and could then retaliate?  How could there be any
     further strikes, let alone the long-term elimination of all
     top leaders?  The induced cultural transformation of a strong
     US society into a soft headless mass of people who would obey
     without resistance a single, strong, military leader, as
     planned?
          Thusly, in retrospect, it is very clear as to why the
     JFK assassination was done in such a way as to pit the nation
     against the very intelligence services that would have solved
     and exposed the crime.  They implicated by association (But
     of what kind?) Lee Harvey Oswald, a former CIA agent.  Then
     he was killed to silence him.
          The assassination was purposely done in manners to make
     the American people want to blame the CIA, the FBI, MI, or
     other conservative capitalist powers or law enforcement.
          The most damning thing of all, of course, is that in
     such a situation, in a state of national shock and grief,
     then anything said at all by these agencies would only deepen
     that intended chasm between they and the people they serve.
          Hence, you have the secrecy of the Warren Commission,
     and maybe more importantly:  The many and varied inconsisten-
     cies purposely left in the open so as to create a future re-
     opening of the case when such would not play into the hands
     of the KGB.  There was no true "Cover-up," it was purposely
     quite messy instead.
          It is why, I believe, there are such persons as myself
     given the task of going to ground in very intense conditions,
     and then independently erupting at a certain time period to
     release such information.  You could call me one "Point of
     Light."  You might remember who commissioned that song by
     Randy Travis?
          I point out that I was told that all said to me to re-
     member was recorded and transcribed - But in the light of
     "Watergate," another KGB operation, how could such tapes be
     trusted?  Thusly, the intense memory retentive sessions, with
     me as the "Rememberer" and the independent verification of
     the documentation and transcripts.
          It was known that the Consulate was bugged, and such was
     exploited.  In those days, "Bugs" were technically imperfect,
     and could only pick up what was said in a certain focus.
     Certain things were purposely said, or not said, to exploit
     these one-way conversations.  As was the known camera and
     cable that was seen to be mounted in the tree in the lot ad-
     jacent to the Consulate grounds by a Soviet agent.
          You will maybe note that, I, personally, first starting
     saying these things at about the 25th anniversary of the as-
     sassination of JFK.  Such a 25 year seal is not uncommon for
     such levels of classified secrets.
          This is known to the KGB professionals, of course, and
     as expected, there was a preemptive move on their part, at
     the 24 year marker, so as to keep our heads under water.  To
     spike any attempts to clear the air at the 25 year marker, I
     believe the press reports of the son of a deceased CIA Of-
     ficial, who claimed that his father had told him that the
     Agency had killed JFK, was a KGB ploy.  The timing speaks for
     itself.
          If I understand my instructions right, I go further to
     say that there are 50-year secrets left with me to declassify
     as well.  That is to say that the bombing of Pearl Harbor was
     not as bad as initially made out to be.  Instead, knowing
     that the attack by the Japanese was inevidable, the names of
     of casualites was inflated by thousands for the propaganda
     boon of having been struck a raw blow.  For, in that since we
     could not avoid the war, to at least provide the anger and
     ammunition of the American people to win it.  Psychological
     warfare is maybe the true art of war.
          But is the above true?  I have no way of knowing for
     sure.
          There was the known accidental mistake of having dropped
     a nuclear armed airplane off an aircraft carrier off the
     coast of Japan that would have to one day be addressed.
     There was the Black Friday of the atrocities of the Moscow
     Forests and the Polish Military Officers, which the Soviets
     would have to one day face.  That we would try to help them
     overcome that tragedy.  That we would be trying to heal all
     kinds of long-term divisions in our own country, and the
     world.
          That other racial,  cultural,  or sexual chasms would be
     healed,  as with the Civil War, or as with the Hawaiian Home-
     stead issue.
          That PSYOPS assault upon every possible division was ex-
     pected - Even between Male and Female.  On the very act of
     procreation, itself.
          Do the "Femi-Naxis" speak for themselves?   The anti/pro
     abortionists?   Those  who would bring sexual  deviancy  into
     schools,  and religion out?   Look all about to see all those
     radical "Special interests"  groups who would divide and con-
     quer.  And the media they use.
          There is no denying the overall patterns of the massive
     espionage operation directed at the US since WWII, and the
     exploitation of  PSYOPS issues, and especially since JFK, and
     leading to this year in time.
          That not only was the "Coup" by Vladamir Kryuchkov of
     August of 1991 predictable down to a time frame of August
     18-28th, because of the long-staid meetings of certain
     parlimentary groups.   These annual meetings being purposely
     held strictly right on time for decades, most probably just
     to decieve our analysts.
          But even more obvious to our Intelligence Professionals
     would be that such "Coup" would be a faked one, designed to
     get us to all the more believe in "Glasnost," the supposed
     breakdown of the Russian military machine into a group of
     "Capitalistic states."  The letting-down of our guard.
          I  point out again,  as I did prior to August  of  1991,
     that  Kryuchkov  would go to some high security  "Jail"  that
     could just as easily have been a secure command center.  That
     he has never come to trial for the "Aborted Coup,"  that  all
     "Charges"  have been dropped,  and that,  if anything,  he is
     right back where he started, anyway.
          Pure disinformation.
          But  that our own ploy upon the ploy upon the ploy -  If
     you  can follow that - Will be the exploitation of the  exact
     planning dates as given to us by Premier Breznev.    The  ex-
     ploitation of their rigid, "German High Command-type" inabil-
     ity to do or see any other than what "Hitler"  would have  in
     his "Third Reich."
          In other words, my own exposure of these previously held
     very  secret facts at this point in time is in preemption  of
     their next known move of aggression.   And to tell the  world
     that should they still wish aggression,  it will become  very
     public world-wide knowledge that it was they who started  the
     war;  It was they who started it by killing JFK and the rest.
     But that our intention, as President Lincoln once said, is to
     remember that "Peace is the last great hope of mankind."   We
     will take Kryuchkov in extradition,  quietly.   That once  so
     advised, surely the good and decent people of Russia would in
     their own new-found sense of freedom,  provide for such  clo-
     sure of past injustices.
          One must see, also, the JFK assassination as a Psycho-
     logical Operations maneuver, that of the pitting of yet one
     another of America's strong assets against itself:  That of
     the Right to Keep and Bear Arms against the long-term mental
     wounds of grief in that whole generation of Americans.
          It must be noted, I believe, that a hunting
     rifle/military weapon was involved in this shooting.  What
     better weapon to have Americans disarmed of, then high veloc-
     ity weapons?  What better weapon to have Americans get no
     early knowledge and training in marksmanship in?  Nor famil-
     iarity, or common usage and ownership, than such weapons?
          Many Europeans and Orientals have come today to have to
     be told how  even to hold and point a weapon. Early childhood
     training in marksmanship and safe handling, an American tra-
     dition, makes for a remarkable difference in the natural tal-
     ents of recruits, the levels of military ability in any Army,
     and their success and survivability in battle or not.
          Not to mention, the ability to ward off crime, and main-
     tain civic order in large-scale natural or other disasters.
          I am told that a mere platoon of armed soldiers can hold
     and occupy an unarmed town.  Compare this to the never-ending
     sniping and blood-letting that would plague the battalions of
     enemy soldiers that would otherwise be necessary to hold a
     town of armed citizenry.  And, in any military advance, it is
     vital to have as many men on the advancing front as possible,
     and to not be tied up in the rear, occupying held towns.
          Thus, it is a vital job of the advance vanguard of
     spies, to infiltrate politics, turn the government against
     its people, and disarm as much as possible, the citizenry.
          One might extrapolate upon the subject, and trace the
     roots of the ongoing disarmament campaign.  Are not .38 Spe-
     cials specially targeted for elimination, and why?  For this
     weapon is an especially good one for ease of concealment,
     (Imagine the considerations of an enemy Officer wishing to
     mix with the occupied populace on his R&R?)  stopping power,
     simple and quick use, as well as for warding off criminals.
          General crime and societal upheaval is beneficial to
     their hoped-upon disintegration of our society from within.
     Again, it was thought by them, I was told, that we would then
     welcome with relief ANY strong, and even military ruler that
     then brought order to our lives.
          Even if it meant a different colored flag, forced ideol-
     ogy, and a continuingly lowered life-style as resources,
     food, and even labor were then shipped to Russia.  Instead of
     consumer goods for us, Muscovites would have their promised
     upon World Socialism, and the good things that went along
     with being the capital of that ideology.
          Living in Hawaii, I can personally attest to how this
     very transformation is already happening here.
          One might see in the Pavlonian Behaviorally Controlled
     "Sleepers" as utilized by they, the same targeted PSYOPS is-
     sue.  Do not all of the schoolyard, Post Office (Important
     logistical sites) and McDonald's shoot-em up's have all the
     same following characteristics?
          Do they not all 1)  Use modern, military-style when pos-
     sible, semi- or automatic weapons?  Do they not 2)  all ran-
     domly kill indiscriminately to increase the psychological
     "Senseless horror" effect?  Most importantly, do they not all
     BLOW OFF THEIR OWN HEADS at the end, to avoid even interroga-
     tion in a medical setting?
          (I make the exception of Lee Harvey Oswald, of course.
     Even though he was a CIA agent, and was possibly brainwashed
     in Moscow, and then his past status probably exploited with
     the JFK assassination.  Sirhan Sirhan, however, fully shows
     how one might be hypnotically programmed to commit something,
     then to "Forget" all about it.)
          These kinds of one-way agents are possible in our modern
     world of drugs, commonly invasive medical procedures, hypno-
     sis, and psychology.  Worse, I was told, would be government
     control over the health systems, modern technology to include
     silicone/plastique blends, and the in-depth computerized
     background and medical and psychological knowledge of the in-
     dividual by the government.   (I was told of the known direc-
     tion of infiltration, with the aim of totalitarian Mind Con-
     trol, of the American Medical Assn., and the American
     Psychologists Assn. into and above government and judicial
     law.  Where what one thinks might be a crime.)
          3) Is not each of these manufactured "Gun!" crises fol-
     lowed up immediately with as much media exposure as possible,
     to accentuate the horror and chaotic effect?  4) Is not every
     media blitz then followed up by certain legislators and
     fringe political interest groups calling for more legislation
     that strips from us the open-ended Right to Keep and Bear
     Arms?  Which just happens to make us open to invasion...
          Some of these "Legislators" don't even know what, or
     why, or for whom it is what they're doing.
          Does this not pit the Congress against the People?  Is
     this not intended chaos?
          Another MO is clearly that of the exploitation of the
     psychologically potent "Mother Victim."  From Mrs. Kennedy,
     who I was told was told to withdraw from all comment (And
     exploitability) to Mrs. Brady, on the opposite end of the
     spectrum, you have a situation where no honorable man can
     talk back or even raise issue against such grieving widow's
     words.
          The first wave of overt assassination is clear:  JFK,
     RFK, Martin Luther King,  President Regean?  The Pope? - Any-
     one seen as potential natural leaders of the nation or the
     world.  How many more in "Traffic Accidents," ruination of
     character through drugs, homosexuality, honey traps, or
     other?  How many honest men simply care not any longer to
     participate in the political process?  What has happened to
     morality in government?
          All this to kill off all other leaders except himself.
          I point out that Watergate was so successful for the KGB
     the first time around, that it could only have been expected
     that it would be used again.  To continue to raise such pro-
     paganda issues of distrust of our own government, time and
     again, would be but very chaotic, and useful. Since, after
     all, the Office of President must be lopped off in order to
     round the corners of our form of government to a Socialism,
     like theirs.  At which point, there be but a step away from
     "Worldwide Socialism."
          Again,  historical  patterns should  independently  show
     from which directions the attack upon the Office of President
     of the USA has come by way of assassination,  political or by
     bullet.  Since JFK.
          Even the timing of "Watergate II"  could pretty much  be
     adjudged by the known term limitations of the legislated  in-
     dependent prosecutor.  That timing also speaks for itself.
          It's timing is nigh, as well.  I am confident,  however,
     that  such  KGB operation will also be  forstalled,  and  the
     words of Edwin Meese and James Baker,  long ago in 1977  told
     to me to probably  be the two long-term infiltrators in  this
     regard, will be discredited.
          Unfortunately,  the  American People will be  the  one's
     "Stung"  on this - When one considers that their inaction  in
     their matter will be so monetarily expensive, for naught.
          I was told that Congress should consider having an inde-
     pendent Prosecutor for itself - And then to see which  legis-
     lators  do  not  want that,  but only  one  targeted  at  the
     Presidency.
          You will note that the very same tax package as proposed
     by President Bush - The only time in his life he ever wore  a
     red  tie,  on purpose,  and I know why - Was predictably  put
     down by the Congress because of its preemptive timing and  in
     that  it was not a Democrat measure.   Considering  the  more
     highly  infiltrated  status of the Democrat Party,  the  fact
     that  they at THIS point in time would have us take such  So-
     cialist measures,  again point to the specific agents in Con-
     gress involved.
          I  was told that corruption and espionage reached  high,
     even then in 1977,  in the Congress,  as with the House Bank.
     I, myself, had an overdrawn check on the Consulate Bank,  and
     I  was told the issue would be used - For me to remember  the
     words  of  my  own promise well - That "The  check's  in  the
     mail!"
          The bringing down of Rep.  Rostenkowski,  and his symbol
     of  high-level corruption and drug use is now but the  begin-
     ning of the tumbling of the whole house of cards,  the  whole
     of the shadow infrastructure government within the US by  the
     KGB, I promise you.
          And for the Soviet KGB Officer who would be World Dicta-
     tor,  who is responsible for so much long-term agony  in  our
     country, and for the assassinations of many of our leaders.
          It's payback time for John Fitzgerald Kennedy.
